I had high hopes for this place because of the nice pictures but I was unfortunately disappointed. The floors were sticky, the place smelled musty like a smoker had been living there and the humidity got ahold of the place. The front door wasn’t sealed all the way so bugs are getting in and the lock can use updating. The shower curtain in the spare bathroom smelled like smoke when the steam gets to it. The living room light didn’t work. The sofa and dining chairs have really big stains and seemed unclean because outside leaves were on it. The washer lid was broken on the washing machine but thankfully it did work good. The dryer would run for 10 min and then shut off because the drum squeals really loudly with a very light load and the lint trap was completely packed and there was no vacuum to get it all out and clean. Also, the WiFi was awful and would drop service very often.

Proximity to beach at very reasonable cost. About 5 min walk to beach via private gated community path. Older unit in older complex. Unit was clean; patio was very small with view of neighboring trash dumpsters. Bath towels provided — but no beach or pool towels.
