Loved the updated bathroom and kitchen/little or no cell service in unit/porch cushions dirty leaves and dirt all over porch/numerous stains on couch/not enough lighting/no lamps in living room only overhead

Loved the condo, loved the complex: with only a few hiccups: no iron: kitchen mixer or whisk , toaster needs to be replaced, we rent again for sure

We absolutely loved our stay at Forest Gardens 23! The neighborhood was quiet and really pleasant. The location was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and Coligny shopping plaza - we really didn't even need the rental car! This was our first visit to Hilton Head and as soon as we got to the unit - after dark and before we were able to really see much of the island - we knew from the well-styled beach theme decor we were going to love our trip. The space was perfect for having a relaxing morning and making breakfast, and after a long day exploring town and the beach it was a wonderful place to relax in the evening with our kids. Dishes and silverware in the condo were a perfect mix for a family with young kids. We'll definitely plan to rent here again when we come back!

Overall the place was adorable. The only issue was that the unit is on the first floor and the apartment above was extremely loud. It sounded like someone stomping and dropping things on purpose every morning around 5 AM.
