The place was very close to the mountain. Was a great spot for one person to crash in between riding.
Nice location, excellent view. Only problems we had were there was glass fragments in the rug leading to the upstairs balcony, exposed nail heads on lower balcony boards, no ac and the heater upstairs constantly leaks hot air into the room even when the unit is shut off. Also there was a surveillance camera at our front door and on no other doors. It was intrusive feeling. Plus we didn’t have access to the key box next to the camera so anyone who knew the combination could get in.
proximity to tahoe
Very comfortable bed and clean
I.liked be in Tahoe but this place is way up the hill and the condo is poorly constucted
This home is located on the bottom floor of a condominium complex with no elevator. The bedroom is down another flight of stairs with no bathroom on that floor. Speaking of the bathroom, there is a step up to use the commode and another small step up to use the shower/tub - this is a very precarious situation when wet. There is no dining table - only small wobbly TV tray tables (4) to use when guests are on hand. Be advised that the induction stove top uses only special pots - you'll need to test all of them to find one that makes the stove top work. The condo is very clean. You will get very limited supplies like toilet paper, sponges, dish soap, and hand towels in the kitchen. The BBQ worked fine after cleaning the burners. I was able to get about 60% of them working - enough to BBQ a tri-tip. Don't lean on the railing on the BBQ patio - it is very wobbly and weak.
