Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced. Decorated in a style reminiscent of a lodge, this condo is ready to welcome you to the mountain. Warm up by the gas fireplace or take your hot cocoa to the private balcony off the bedroom. Games are provided for the entire family to enjoy while you're winding down. Just whip up something tasty in the full kitchen (equipped with plenty of cooking tools, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island) and you're all set to go. Don't worry about wet hats and gloves - just set them to go in the private washer/dryer and relax. Access to East Peak will be easy with the Stagecoach Chairlift just under a half mile from your front door. Please keep in mind that most runs on this side of the mountain are for intermediate skiers, so beginners may want to head over to Heavenly Mountain Resort, five miles away, for more approachable runs. Come summer, the blue waters of Lake Tahoe await just eight miles from the condo (depending on your day use area of choice) where you can boat, fish, swim, kayak, or paddleboard to your heart's content. World-renowned hiking and mountain biking trails are scattered all around the lake for the more outdoorsy group members. Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course lies just under five miles away if you want to bring your golf clubs.

A very pleasing and functional condo. Kitchen is very well equipped. Great to have a washer/dryer combo, even on a short trip. Location is truly walking distance to the Stagecoach lift at Heavenly. Even though the snow melted during our visit, we had a great time enjoying the lake and hikes. While it is wonderful to stay "up the mountain", it is a 15 min drive into the town for restaurants, etc. Highly recommend. The management company was highly responsive when called upon.

This place ad everything we needed. Washer/dryer, full kitchen, comfortable beds. We were here to ski at Heavenly and it’s walking distance to stagecoach lift (although stagecoach was closed due to lack of snow). The home is updated and modern and dog friendly. There was bowls for dog food and water. When the snow if better, we will book it again.

We booked this for a getaway from the city life, turns out, the neighbors right above us (who are long term staying there) do not care about quiet hours, they are LOUD, footsteps are VERY audible, even until 2am, in all 3 of the nights we stayed. They have a dog which you will constantly hear walk around. They also do not pick up after their dogs so the porch area is filled with dog poop. These neighbors will constantly play music, shout at night or on their porch, and hang out and stare at you like you're an outsider. They also somehow keep dragging furniture around, creating constant creeping noise. The house itself was pretty old, cranky, very small compared to what the wide angle photos show, definitely not for 5 people. The bunk bed is very very shaky, any movement and the whole thing is shaking. The pool is a 15-20 minute walk so expect to drive, there is lots of construction during summer months so things are always detoured. Wifi is basically unusable, it is extremely slow. Only good thing is Vacasa does reply you via their texts, but only to tell you they can't really help you unless it is related to management services.
