With a private hot tub, an open-concept living area, and a foosball table, this four-bedroom, multi-story townhouse is a roomy, entertaining retreat. Step out onto the two upper decks to take in the fresh mountain air, and make use of the Lake Village sauna, pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse with a pool table. The third-floor, open-concept living area is the perfect gathering spot, detailed with a wrap-around leather sofa and armchair by a stone fireplace. Our day was less than ideal. We had several issues, and when we reached out to property management (Vacasa), they we not helpful at all. They would reply “oh my! We will let our maintenance team know.” We stayed 10 days, and with multiple follow ups, no one ever showed up or responded about fixing any issues. The following were issues we experienced: 1. The outlets in the primary bathroom don’t work. There was. I accessible breaker box and they are GFCI outlets so it seems they have a more in-depth electrical issue. 2. Broken chair in dining room with sharp wood sticking out (definitely not safe if children in the home) 3. Home alarm kept going off; listing an issue in a bedroom. It woke everyone every single morning at 7am and went off throughout the day. 4. The refrigerator door bottom shelf is broken and jams the door shut. 5. Ants in the home. 6. Showerhead in the hallway bathroom makes a very loud screaming noise. 7. Living room dimmer switch is broken; thus cannot turn the lights on and off. 8. Kitchen sink faucet is broken; spray function doesn’t work. 9. Primary bedroom mattress is sunken in on both sides (tacos!) 10. No potholders and broken can opener. We had to purchase both so we could function in the kitchen. 11. TV remote controls don’t work; perhaps batteries are dead, but we didn’t buy batteries to find out. This home is not maintained at all, and the property management company is abysmal.

This condo is not worth the money and is very deceiving. I would not recommend this condo, I have stayed in nicer properties for less.

Nice layout and good location. I've stayed in South Lake Tahoe and as far as getting to where we like to visit, Zephyr Cove was much better. The club house and pool are nice and though we were limited in the number of vehicles we could park, the recommended parking area for our third vehicle (a nearby public lot) worked out well. The unit itself could use some replacements and repairs to make it feel more upscale, but our "group" managed all right.
