Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. One vehicle must be parked in Designated Parking Spot #5 by the unit. One vehicle must be parked in the Designated Garage Spot #5. Parking Placards: Renters will be issued parking placards that must be displayed on the driver’s side dashboard for all vehicles, including guests. All vehicles must park only in designated parking areas. Failure to park in designated areas and/or display placards may result in a $500 citation and fine.
