Sand Dunes 1043 & 1044

Welcome to Sand Dunes 1043 and 1044, a stylish and flexible beach getaway in Myrtle Beach that combines two individual condos into one convenient space. These units can be accessed separately with their own entry codes or connected internally, making them perfect for larger families or groups of friends who want to stay close while still enjoying a bit of privacy. Each condo features one queen bed and one full bed, allowing up to eight guests to comfortably spread out across both units.

Starting in Unit 1043, guests will find a full sized kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during their stay. Full size appliances include a refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, and sink. Ample counter space and cabinet storage make it easy to unpack groceries and cook with ease. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes, and cups for your convenience. Guests can dine at the kitchen peninsula with bar seating or gather around the nearby dining table.

Just beyond the dining area is the living room, a comfortable space designed for relaxing. A sofa and two accent chairs are arranged around a 65 inch wall mounted TV, creating the perfect setup for unwinding after a day at the beach. This living area also provides interior access to Unit 1044, keeping your group connected. A sliding glass door leads to your private balcony, where you can enjoy the ocean view and fresh coastal air.

The bedroom in Unit 1043 features one queen bed and one full bed separated by an end table, along with a dresser for storage and a wall mounted flat screen TV.

The attached bathroom includes a shower and tub combination, vanity sink with mirror, and toilet. Towels, linens, bedding, and starter toiletries are all provided for your stay.

For added convenience, Unit 1043 also features a stackable washer and dryer. Past guests have loved the ability to run a quick load before heading home, making unpacking that much easier after your trip.

Moving next door into Unit 1044, guests will find a cozy studio layout with a convenient kitchenette. This space includes a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, making it perfect for quick snacks, simple meals, or keeping drinks and beach day essentials on hand. If you prefer dining out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of excellent restaurants within a short drive or even walking distance, and many also offer delivery.

The main living space in 1044 is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring two beds, one queen and one full, along with a dresser and wall mounted TV. A small dining area provides a spot for meals or morning coffee. A sliding glass door leads to your private balcony, where you can take in the ocean views and enjoy the breeze.

The bathroom in Unit 1044 includes a shower and tub combination, vanity sink with mirror, and toilet. Towels, linens, bedding, and starter toiletries are all provided for your stay.

Guests will receive two separate door codes, one for each unit, allowing for easy and private access to both spaces throughout your stay. This setup makes Sand Dunes 1043 and 1044 a perfect option for groups who want to vacation together while still enjoying their own space.

Please note that this is a non smoking resort. Smoking is not permitted inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violation may result in fines starting at $150. The resort also does not allow motorcycles or pets. Additionally, the kiddie water park located behind the resort is privately owned and access is restricted to its guests.

Sand Dunes also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzies, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.
