Twelve Palms - 67924

The home is in a great location, close to lot's of PS activities and amenities. The home was clean and nice, but had a broken gate, broken screen door, cheat toilet paper, no Home Guidebook and shower drains that did not work - floors flooded. This was a nightmare! I would not stay here for this amount of money.

Four far-flung college buddies were tickled to stay at Twelve Palms over and extended Valentine's weekend. The home was picture-perfect: beautifully decorated, clean, and with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The property management staff were friendly and attentive to the few small needs we had (opening the gas main so we could power the grill & outdoor fireplace, helping with the spa heat). We enjoyed several home-cooked meals and found the kitchen to be very well-appointed and user-friendly--appreciated the hand blender and ample pots/pans and utensils. The beds were very comfortable and the home was super clean. Even the ran couldn't dampen our spirits--we just shifted the patio umbrella and hung out in the spa! Thank you! We'd love to make this an annual trip!

This home is a great size, has beautiful furniture, and design choices. The location is wonderful! However, there are some glaring problems that need to be addressed. First, the backyard fence is falling apart with large gaps in it, and the very large and at-times aggressively barking dog on the other side of it tried to climb through the opening, presenting a safety concern for our small Chihuahua. Second, the large living room window provides no privacy; the pulldown shade allows for full view in the home from the street at night when any lights are on. Third, the decking around the pool is starting to crumble and some tiles are missing. And lastly, there are hardly any instructions in the home; we paid extra for pool/spa heating and were unable to use the spa for the first night in the home because even after we contacted support, nobody told us we needed to download an app to control the spa - we learned this the following day once the local support reached out to us.

This place gets excellent ratings for cleanliness, amenities, and location. It’s a five minute drive to downtown Kohma and has everything that you would need for a getaway. The beds are comfortable and the living space is great. The outdoor pool area is also well appointed. There were several things that need repair and maintenance, including a broken backyard fence, which impedes privacy, broken paneling in the kitchen, and the pool tiles and concrete that need to be repaired overall a comfortable and great stay!

We had an amazing experience at Twelve Palms! The home is beautifully decorated in a mid-century vibe - just what we were looking for in a Palm Springs home. The beds were so incredibly comfortable! My picky teens were pleasantly surprised they each had their own room. They didn't mind sharing the delightfully decorated bathroom. The primary bedroom had a seperate bath with access to the backyard - convenient for after pool time. The backyard perfectly accommodated our outdoor needs - pool/spa, lounge chairs for tanning, firepit for evenings and a large table for alfresco dining. Breakfasts and dinners at home were a breeze with the well stocked kitchen. And we so appreciated the owners allowed pets! All in all, a fantastic stay in Palm Springs. And we would absolutely book this home again through Vacasa!
