This property has a basement that was built and soundproofed for a band to practice in. Currently, the basement has now been turned into a game room with a regulation-size pool table, record player, and stylish seating! If soaking up the California sun is something on your to-do list, you will find the private outdoor pool and spa is the perfect place to accomplish just that. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there is plenty of space for family and friends to spread out in this single-story gem. Upon entering the primary bath, you will notice there is a sunken shower to provide the utmost relaxation. As for guests staying in one of the other spacious bedrooms, there is an ensuite bath with a door that opens directly out to the backyard. What we liked: We were happy with the size of the home, the pool and location. It had a lovely view of the mountains. That’s it. The house really, though was in a major need of an update! The Air conditioning was a real problem. First, I was not allowed to turn the AC down below 76 and it was VERY hot in the bedrooms . A cracked sink in the master bath, a toilet seat that didn’t fit the toilet. And I hear it had been like that for a while. Lights that needed rewiring, carpet that was stained. Don't bring a black light! Pet stains everywhere. Even on the furniture. Very old and uncomfortable furniture. Tons of cabinet's , however no room to put anything away because they were filled with very old (mostly broken) junk that smelled like an old folks home. The kitchen needs to be streamlined. Every drawer was filled with old and mostly unusable items. Tupperware from the 60’s that smelled… some cabinets in the bathrooms were broken. Lots of step ups and down throughout the house. Certainly not recommended for seniors. And ants even in the bedroom. No cold water in any sink. The Beds were so uncomfortable and hot, half my family left and went home. Pool toys and outdoor games and umbrellas were broken and left on the patio or dilapidated shed

Gorgeous mid century modern home in the heart of Palm Springs. It is conveniently located next to grocery stores/shopping and a short drive tl downtown! The home was comfortable/clean, and tastefully decorated. Great sized pool for warm summer nights! We had an issue with plumbing at one of the bathrooms, reported it to Vacasa, and they responded promptly! A professional plumber showed up within the hour to resolve the issue! 100% will stay at the property again and recommend to anyone!

Furniture, furnishings and layout of house was awesome! Pool wasn't quite as big as it seemed in pictures but still nice. Would rent this place again!
