INDOOR LIVING SPACES

Inside, the home features a bright, open-concept layout with thoughtfully selected furnishings and warm Southwestern touches throughout. The living area is centered around comfort and connection, with ample seating, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and high-speed WiFi for both entertainment and remote work needs.

The dining space flows seamlessly from the living area and kitchen, anchored by a natural wood table that complements the home's desert aesthetic. The fully equipped kitchen is designed to exceed expectations, featuring a gas cooktop, high-end cookware, Vitamix blender, crockpot, kettle, and everything needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner at home.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The home offers a comfortable and flexible layout ideal for extended stays. The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, and a beautifully renovated en suite bathroom, creating a private retreat to relax and recharge. A guest bedroom offers a queen bed and its own Smart TV, while the third bedroom includes a twin daybed with a twin trundle, along with a dedicated workspace and wireless printer — perfect for longer stays or remote work setups. A full hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves the guest rooms.

Located in the highly desirable Village of Oak Creek, Harmony Hills places you just a short walk from Oak Creek Golf Course and minutes from some of Sedona's most popular hiking and biking trails. This location offers the perfect balance of accessibility and peaceful residential living.

House Rules

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind

~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.

~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.

~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved

~No large gatherings

~No mailbox access will be granted

~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
