This newly furnished luxury home is quite exquisite. The homeowner has taken the time to consider every last detail to make your stay absolutely perfect. Everything you will need and more is here for you!

Just traveling to the home from any direction has amazing views all around. The red rocks are all around. You could never get bored of the views! Oak Creek Golf Course is a short walk from the house. There are plenty of hiking trails all around the Village of Oak Creek and plenty of shopping and dining nearby.

Harmony Hills is nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beauty. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a luxury KING mattress with plenty of pillows for your comfort. Smart TV with streaming services and a beautifully renovated en suite complete the package.

Just off of the master bedroom is the living room and dining area. The living room has an oversized flat screen TV with streaming services already programmed in. The home does come with high speed WiFi as well. Up next is the beautiful dining area. The owner really took the time to find the perfect furniture for this home. It suits the theme so well. The natural wood table goes great with the southwest theme of the home.

The kitchen is absolutely breathtaking. There is plenty of kitchen supplies and appliances, probably more than you will ever need. Every details was thought out when furnishing this home for our guests. The kitchen has a crockpot, a Vita-mix blender, a kettle, high end pots and pans and a gas stove top. That's just the beginning of the list.

Heading on over to the guest bedrooms, the 2nd guest bedroom has a QUEEN luxury bed and a flatscreen with streaming services as well. A hall bath between this room and the 3rd guest bedroom has a tub shower surround and plenty of towels for your liking. The 3rd guest bedroom has a twin daybed with a twin trundle bed as well. There is a desk with a wireless printer for all of your business needs!

Lastly, the backyard is absolutely wonderful. Fully fenced and over sized. It's perfect for watching sunsets while relaxing on the lounge furniture. There is a BBQ grill as well!

We have no doubt that you will be absolutely impressed with every corner of this home. You will want to come back year after year to enjoy the amenities and of course, the views!

House Rules

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind

~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.

~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.

~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved

~No large gatherings

~No mailbox access will be granted

~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
