This updated, second-floor condo is located at the extremely popular Island Echos Condominiums in Fort Walton Beach, just six miles from Destin, south of Emerald Coast Highway 98. You won't believe your views of sunrise and sunset from the condo balcony! It is easy to access the beach (10 yards) and the Gulf-front pool (heated seasonally). Besides the great pool, there is a lighted tennis court, shuffleboard, shared grills, a party room, and the fabulous beach of Okaloosa Island! Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Now for a little more detail on this gorgeous condo. This tastefully furnished beach-style suite can comfortably accommodate up to two guests and includes a washer/dryer with tile floors throughout. The kitchen is modern and open to the living area with granite countertops, a glass tile backsplash, a side-by-side refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The well-equipped kitchen includes cookware and utensils. The suite includes two cable-connected HDTVs with DVD players and access to over 100 channels. The living room area console contains a combination radio/CD player, an iPod adapter, and a new 60-inch smart TV. The bedroom is Gulf-front, so wake up every morning to the sound of the ocean waves. Things to Know Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Great unit close to elevator but not close enough to hear it. The walkway over the dunes is shorter than most places I’ve stayed so the beach is steps away.

The master bedroom light switch had wires hanging out of the wall with the switch itself laying on a nearby bench, upon arriving, the WiFi would not connect, and the ice maker did not work resulting in us having to buy a $5.00 bag of ice on the property. Maintenance did come the following day and left us a countertop ice maker. On our second night stay, there was a banging at the door, and the door was being opened which meant the person trying to enter had a code to open the door. Thankfully, the bar lock was on the door. When I arrived at the door a female was saying they had the room for the night. She was told we had the room until Sunday and she then replied, "You have got to be kidding me!". I contacted management regarding this and was reached out to the next day and was told it was the owner that was trying to enter the condo. This was a very disturbing experience and would not have been as upsetting if the owner would have identified herself. Management was very apologetic. In my opinion, the owner should have reached out with an apology considering they made money off our stay. Not very professional at all!
