This condo had a great view but needs a deep cleaning. The grout in the bathrooms were a light tan against not the wall but it looked a deep dark brown away from wall. Coming into the condo, it had a musty moldy smell that never went away even with spraying air freshener daily. Later that night we called because the air wasn’t working. My husband finally figured out that the HEAT was on so it took many many hours later till the condo cooled off. Then, the out side plug on the balcony did not work, so the sent a guy to fix it on the 2nd day. It just seemed to be one thing after another. Also, the couch is VERY small and VERY uncomfortable. We will not stay at this condo again. There are other condos in Crystal Sands that is much more cleaner and modern.

Very clean condo with a terrific location. The 3-floor (only) condo building provided a spacious private beach. The bed + bunks in the loft provided nice flexibility with the kids. Standard kitchenware was sufficient for us. Minor complaints: WiFi was fine near the router but weak in the bedroom; one loveseat cushion was lumpy with a spring prominent when sat on. Otherwise no issues. A plus - the washer and dryer were new and worked very well (other units have old dryers requiring multiple runs to dry).
