The 2nd Floor Welcoming Condo At Waterscape 490 Feet Of Private Beach is described as a great value and a highly recommended stay for families, with a spacious, comfortable layout that feels homey and well suited for groups. Guests praised the comfy beds, beautiful decor, ample sleeping space, large kitchen, and thoughtful essentials that made the condo feel convenient and welcoming. Its location offers easy access to parking, elevators, pools, the beach, nearby dining, and local businesses, making the stay especially convenient. Guests also appreciated the amazing balcony and room views, including overlooks of the splash pad area. The resort amenities were a standout, with loved features such as the private beach access, pools, lazy river, hot tubs, splash pad, grills, workout room, beach chair and umbrella setup, and family-friendly atmosphere.

This condo has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. This beautiful home was freshly painted in 2018 with coastal colors and has warm brown and blue tones. The entire unit contains beautifully tiled floors throughout. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. There is a quaint round dining table with seating for four in the breakfast nook. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed; a wall mounted 55' 4K HD SMART TV & DVD player, as well as a set of bunks to allow for flexible and additional accommodations. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a plush new mattress set, private bath, wall mounted TV, DVD player, and spacious closet. This lovely home also offers an additional full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access. ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants count toward max occupancy regardless of age ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay ● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are lost or not returned at checkout. ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands ● Wristbands are not required for beach access We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape.
