For a luxurious upscale vacation condominium with many fine upgrades, this second-floor corner condo has much to offer! Featuring a spacious private balcony accessible from the living area, guests will be able to relax while soaking up the views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has beautiful contemporary furnishings, a flatscreen TV, and newly updated flooring throughout. The dining table seats four and there are two bar stools for casual seating at the bar. The main bedroom has a king bed with gorgeous dark wood furniture, upscale bedding, and access to the main bathroom. The hall bunks are built-in and feature a top safety rail and custom bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack-and-Jill half-bathroom. The kitchen has cherry cabinets, upgraded granite countertops, terrific cookware, and full-size appliances for easy meal preparation. You'll enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer as well. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation! What's nearby: Perched on the sugar-white sand of the Gulf of Mexico, this condo will be the beach lover's dream. Spend long days soaking up the sun to the sound of the tide with a good book in hand. The balcony, access to the beach and master bed were just awesome. Despite the colder weather, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed our time in Destin. The Commons being so close is a big bonus.

This is our third visit to 201A Crystal Sands. It seems like it was freshly painted and very stylish. There was a new sofabed and easy chair as well as a new king mattress. Some of the small appliances also appeared new. The view was amazing and the proximity to the beach is terrific. Each day the staff was out sprucing up the property which was perfection. All of the towels, washer, dryer, soaps, shampoos weree resort quality. I highly recommend a stay at Crystal Sands 201A. A++++

Crystal Sands Condo is great as a whole but this specific unit has some issues. The mattress in the bedroom is very firm and uncomfortable. You can feel the springs. The couch was better but still wouldn't describe as comfortable. The accent chair in the living room is the only comfortable seating. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit was pretty clean. The wifi was spotty and went completely out for almost an entire day. Verizon cell service was nearly non-existent. There was a good amount of time where we didn't have any cell signal at all. This wasn't a huge deal for us, as we come to the beach to unplug anyway, but I can imagine that would be a major issue for people with children or needing to work. We love Crystal Sands. We've stayed in other units before and will again in the future. Just not this unit.

We love staying at Crystal Sands Unit 201A. This was our 3rd year staying here and it never disappoints. Right on the beach, close to shopping, restaurants. Always clean, fluffy towels. New handsoap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash this year. Everything you need! We love it.
