Bright & sleek condo w/shared pool, fitness center, grill area - water views

The property was very nice

We stayed in room 809, which was great. My complaint is not about the room but more on the building. There was maintenance going on the entire time, which started at 8:00 with loud equipment. I almost ran into a lady on a ladder right outside my door who was working on the grout. The fire alarm went off, which is not their fault, but I had to get my 74 year old mother with bad knees down eight flights of stairs. There were mounds dust all over the stairs from where they were working, all their equipment and its hoses and cords were thrown out across the stairs that the workers made no attempt to move. They just stood there and watched as I moved their stuff out of the way so my mother would not trip over them. The guests were not notified that this would be going on. The repairs were not emergent, it was just touch up work. For me, it would make more sense to have these repairs during the slow time of year, not during the busiest. That being said, we will be back because it is a beautiful resort and my family, son included, says it’s their favorite. They just need to do better.

Exactly as described. Condo was very clean, quiet, had quick elevator access. We love the closeness of being to the back porch restaurant. Not overly crowded even in peak season. No issues, we love staying here for our Destin trips.

Easy booking and loved the convenience of the location

Nice location, everything was close. Restaurants, fun and groceries were all within a few miles.
