Location to Beach. Beautiful Condo

Vacas is the WORST. We were not able to cancel due to construction, we had no curtains on our balcony door/windows for privacy (the lady I spoke with even accused me of lying about not having curtains even though I had documented with photos) and there were men working out there directly on our balcony for 3 days beginning at 8:20 when it wasn’t supposed to start until 9 so there were 3 entire days we couldn’t even be in our condo. Vacasa solution was to board our windows up with plywood or move us to an entirely different resort which we were vacationing with another family staying at Sterling Shores which we could not do. On the days they weren’t directly on our balcony, it was grinding above and all around us so we weren’t able to be in our room at all the entirety of the trip except for Sunday when there wasn’t any work, there was even construction on the Saturday we arrived when there wasn’t supposed to be. After they finished working on our balcony, they put a board in our balcony door so that we couldn’t open it which I’m quite positive is illegal to block an egress opening. After all of this we were only offered a 15% return. Vacasa lacks any business ethics and our unit should have NEVER been rented in the first place. I have documented every email, photo, and conversation and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

The house was exactly as shown online. The view was beautiful, and the beach was walking distance from our condo. Something was broken in our room and maintenance came the very next day to fix it. Everything was well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location! Great place, convenient to everything. The Back Porch restaurant and ice cream parlor are basically on site. The condo was beautifully appointed, clean, and an extremely comfortable master bed. Would highly recommend, a real value!

I loved the beach and the heated pool. Pretty views from balcony, lots of conveniences like full kitchen, washer/dryer etc.
