1st-floor condo near the beach with outdoor pool, tennis court & furnished patio

All of it! Great place to stay close to many attractions.

This is a beautiful ground floor condo and the complex is gorgeous. The landscaping and the tennis courts and the dock, everything was so pretty. This condo is equipped with three beds so it will comfortably sleep 6 people with no problem and has two bathrooms. Nice furniture and TVs in every room. Everything about our stay was wonderful and we will be booking at this condo again. We had a few things communicated back-and-forth with the owner just issues with the gate code and Wi-Fi but the communication was wonderful with the owner and that’s what I loved most about it. You will not regret renting this condo for any time of year!

Myself and 2 teens loved our stay. Pool was heated. Patio was nice to sit. Beds were comfy. Condo had everything we needed. Beach is about a 10 minute walk. Check in day, I received a text stating the condo was ready for early check in 2 hours early so that was nice! Upon arrival, the door code did not work but a quick call and we were in within 5 minutes. Washer and dryer are located in the 2nd bedroom which was slightly inconvenient but grateful to have an in unit set. They provided enough soap for 2 loads of laundry and 2 loads of dishes. There was 1 roll of paper towels and 4 rolls of toilet paper. Plenty of bath towels. Outside closet held beach chairs, toys and a wagon to haul all your gear to the beach or the pool. Condo was extremely clean. I also loved the flamingo coffee cups!

We came down for fishing and it was extremely convenient! Great place!

El apartamento todo está bien, como si tuviera en casa, lo único que no me gustó es que la señora del apartamento 101 desde que llegamos nos miró muy raro y debe de decirme que no podíamos pisar la yarda salió con poca actitud, otra las reglas debe la casa son muy exageradas, porque fue el padrino de mi niño con su familia a felicitarlo porque fue sus cumpleaños y ya rápido te manda a decir no se puede quedar más gente y ellos ya se habían ido cuando recibí el mensaje The apartment is all right, as if I had it at home, the only thing I didn't like is that the lady from apartment 101 since we arrived looked at us very strangely and she must tell me that we couldn't step on the yard she left with little attitude, another the rules must the house are very exaggerated, because it was my child's godfather with his family to congratulate him because it was his birthday and she quickly sends you to say no more people can stay and they had already left when I received the message
