Renovated condo by the beach with pool access & private balconies

This "off ocean" Condo is only a couple minute walk across the main road to the beach/Ocean.  Also a short bike ride or 15~ minute walk to the central area with bars/restaurants/live music/bike rental/shopping/groceries, etc.   Carport on lower level was messy, dirty; but once up the steps the unit itself was clean and had nice accommodations.  Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms with ample quality linens; kitchen with nice appliances including Keuric coffee pot and small kitchenette with TV on the main floor.  Going up to the 2nd floor was a "living room/den" area with TV along with laundry, bath and master bedroom.  Deck was very small w/out any patio furniture; more to stand on; but not room for a table and faced the driveway and building next door.  There was also a good amount of road noise.  Pool was behind the "sister building" next door.   I would recommend if you are looking for a nice well decorated/appointed condo that is not on water; but convenient access to the Ocean.

The walk to the beach wasn't too bad. The pier is close by. The pool is nice and normally not too crowded. There is a sewage smell downstairs and in the downstairs bathroom. I wish we would have had a grill, however we did have fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. All of the furniture on the balconies is broken so you can't sit out there unless you take your own chairs. Close to the state park. We rented the free bikes one day and rode around the park. We had a lot of fun and would definitely stay there again.

The bedroom closet has mold and house was not clean. I called and texted the numbers provided multiple times and no callback. I chatted with customer service once and they said house would be cleaned the next day, no one showed up. I reported this and was told local management would call me and I would possibly get refund but no one called. I do not recommend renting this house.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and well stocked. It was a quiet area which we loved. The access to the beach was just across the street and easy to get to and from. We had a great stay! I have rented multiple places in this area over the year from multiple sites, but this one was the least personable. If you are looking for a site that has more communication with the property owner to asked questions this might not be a good fit for you. We truly enjoyed our stay. Also, to add it is stairs only, which was fine for us.

We had a great time! It was a wonderful location close to the water and all the best restaurants. The property was beautiful and everything was easily accessible. Will definitely be staying again soon!
