Charming cottage with deck, beach access, pools, and hot tub

We travelled to this area to spend a long weekend with family who is renting a condo on the same property for the winter. The home became the gathering place for all of us due to the quick beach/hot tub access and large gathering spaces to cook, eat, and relax. Great communication from time of booking through after check-out. If you are looking for a fabulous home for your family, this is a winner. If you plan to cook large meals you may want to plan ahead to bring your favorite cook wear (pots/pans- some are provided but I’m a snob when it comes to my pots and pans!) and spices but there are plenty of dishes, glassware, and all the accessories you could want. If you like to cook outdoors- there are charcoal grills all over the common areas. Will definitely be back!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful four-bedroom home close to the beach. The house is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it perfect for a family getaway—especially during the holidays. We spent a memorable Christmas here and truly felt all the comforts of home. The resort itself is stunning, with several pools and hot tubs to choose from, offering something for everyone. The views from the home are breathtaking, overlooking the golf course and the beautiful Kiva Dunes. It was especially nice to relax on the upper deck with a view of the resort pools, and on the other side, catch glimpses of the beach beyond the golf course. The home features balconies on each side with lovely patio furniture, giving us multiple peaceful spots to relax and enjoy the scenery. There is also a well-stocked closet downstairs filled with all kinds of beach amenities, which made our beach days incredibly convenient. The master bathroom is absolutely gorgeous, featuring a walk-in shower and a luxury soaking bathtub that truly feels like a spa retreat. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meals easy and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable, and the modern TVs made streaming effortless—we were even able to stream all the football games and didn’t miss a single one. This home offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities. I’ll be booking my next stay here as soon as we get home—this may very well become our new Christmas tradition. Thank you The Chaney's
