Adorable Beach Condo W Shared Pool, Gulf Views, Private Balcony & WiFi

Nicely decorated and comfortable. Bedding and pillows were great. We had to deal with local plumbers on a non major toilet issue, which never got resolved during our stay…that was the only drawback of our stay. We will try the condo again next year..hoping the plumbing issue will be corrected.

We stayed in this room two years ago and decided to come back this year. It is very convenient to the beach since it is on the ground floor and the room itself is pretty nice. The problem we had was that we couldn't get anyone from maintenance to come fix our constantly running toilet. The only way to turn it off was by the valve. Tried calling the customer service number that was on the refrigerator and they told us to call security. Called them and they said to call the Vacasa number. Called that number, which I think was in Oregon, and was told that no one could come check on it that evening, but someone would come on Friday to fix it. They were supposed to call first so we would know someone would be entering our room, but the call never came. We ended up just letting the toilet keep running because it was too inconvenient to keep shutting it off from the valve, especially at night. Also had a problem with one bathtub in another bathroom not draining properly. Should have been an easy fix, but maintenance never showed up to fix the first problem, so we didn't get this fixed either.

The room location was very convenient- only steps away from the Sassy Bass restaurant, grills, outdoor pool & tennis courts.

The location is great, the property is very clean and quiet. Short walk to the beach, great for our family vacation!

It is so Convenient to step right outside to the pool or beach. Love the new coffee shop on the property too!

The ease of access to the beach was perfect! The rooms were spacious, quiet at night, full kitchen if needed. The insight restaurant is not only convenient, but the food was phenomenal! The Grouper sandwich, pineapple boat, plantains, and grilled pineapple were favorites. The beach was clean and the water was clear. The pool was nice. All around, it was the perfect place for our family!
