This condo has a beachy vibe with very comfortable beds & sofa. Lots of closet space & storage in the furniture. Kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. There is a large six seating glass dining table. You can see the gulf from the balcony that has outdoor seating for several people. The beach is just about 10’ from the covered car area above the condo. Swimming pool is clean & the area around it has several palms with tables & chairs along with some umbrellas. I have been going to this condo each spring & fall for several years & I am very satisfied. Love the new paint job, too.

I like that it is walking distance from the beach, but you cannot really see the beach from the bedroom balconies. Had to go to the store and buy a hair dryer because there is not one in the condo. One of the burners on the stove did not work.The remote control to the living room t v only worked part of the time. One night, I had trouble getting to sleep because people at the pool and the little dinette set by the pool were very loud.Unfortunately the pool stays open until eleven p m.

When we arrived there wasn’t a parking pass on the kitchen countertop per the email sent. The king size bed isn’t comfortable. There is BLACK MOLD on the bathroom ceiling. I reported to Vacasa but no one came to check on it while we were there.

Beds were super comfortable, condo is well furnished with everything we needed (except a wine opener which we bought and left for the next person!)and was very comfortable with enough space for everyone to sit together. This was a great find for us, easy access to the beach and more than adequate parking space for two vehicles. We did find a game there but if you play a lot while on vacay make sure to pack those for the trip and you will be all set in this beautiful condo!
