MOUNTAIN CREST 35 (THE TREEHOUSE) - 1 BEDROOM, 1 BATH - BEDDING: This unit has a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The loft area has 2 full-size beds and a Queen bed. The unit comfortably sleeps 8. Nestled among the treetops, this unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay at Snowshoe Mountain. Located atop the Highland Ridge, Mountain Crest is approximately a 3-minute or 100-yard walk to the Powderidge lift, approximately 1 mile from the Village. It features a full kitchen, including stainless steel microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and granite counters. A private balcony with wooded views and a wood-burning fireplace, with firewood available outside in the parking lot. The loft has a queen and 2 full-size beds, a Mortal Kombat Arcade cabinet, XBOX, BlueRay player, DVDs, and board games. Caution: The stairs leading to the loft are steep. NO AIR CONDITIONING

AMENITIES: Free WiFi. Free Long Distance Calling. Washer and dryer. Ski storage lockers are available on the outside of the unit (please bring your lock). Bike storage and washing station available. Free Resort Shuttle Service Stop in at the edge of the Mt. Crest parking lot.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.

~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification

~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking

~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file

~ No Smoking or Vaping.

~ No large gatherings

~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM

~ Check out time is 10:00 AM

~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am

~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25

~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.

~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.
