Is a lovely, 2 bedroom and 2 bath Nueva Chica home in the Founders neighborhood of Loreto Bay. It is centrally located on the ocean side of the Paseo, near one of three community pools. It is an easy walk to restaurants, groceries, spa services and other amenities within the community,

You enter through a tiled courtyard and then french doors, into the main indoor living space. Here there is a dining table that can seat six, a sectional sofa and recliner and a well supplied kitchen. A 55” Smart TV is within a large wooden cabinet, along with a DVD player (and DVDs) and CD player. The original floor plan was expanded to include an office space, a good, direct connect to the internet. A router is here as well as upstairs. From this space you can also access the bathroom and Master bedroom. It's furnished with a King bed, and large custom wardrobe. A TV is in another cabinet with even more storage.

Via the courtyard, go upstairs to the 2nd Master suite. A King bed and TV is here too, also we have a single air mattress for the guest use. Besides the shower, there is a deep soaking tub. The outdoor terrace on this level has a gas grill and island with sink. There are 2 chaise lounges. We have a set of very comfortable folding chairs and 2 custom wood topped tables that can be placed easily on any of the three levels..!

The third floor viewing tower is a favored spot. Stretch out on the cushioned built in sofas, put your feet and beverage on built in end tables or locally made tables/benches. One of those aforementioned movable tables is great up here for card games and dining, Casa Sierra provides beach chairs and cooler for your use.

The best part is the VIEW. You can choose between the Sea of Cortez and the dramatic Sierra de la Giganta mountain range. Night time star gazing is a must.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans are in each bedroom and the main room. A washer and dryer, iron & ironing board are available for your use.

The community of Loreto Bay is very accessible to all sorts of things. The International airport is 10 to 15 minutes away. From the Casa it's less than a 20 minute ride into the magical town of Loreto. Restaurants abound. Chartering a panga for a fishing trip or island excursion is right here too. It's great to bring your catch of the day to a restaurant to be prepared any way you like. Be sure to tour the first Spanish Mission, founded in 1699...
