When you arrive at our home, you'll be welcomed by mature trees and a charming covered front porch. Guests will use a small flight of stairs to reach the front door.

Inside, you'll find a formal dining room with a large table to your right, perfect for family meals. Walking straight ahead, you'll enter the living room, featuring a queen-size sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV with Roku. Double doors open to a spacious covered porch, along with plenty of open-air deck space and a fenced backyard, ideal for kids and pets.

The kitchen offers ample counter space, a lovely bay window, and all the essentials you need to feel at home. There's also a cozy breakfast nook for casual meals, plus a half bathroom on the main level.

A unique feature of our home is the 4th bedroom, accessible via stairs through the garage. This space is perfect for older kids seeking a bit of independence, and includes two double beds and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms, including a private master suite with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a separate garden tub and shower. Two more bedrooms with full-size beds and large closets, along with another full bathroom, complete the upper level.

Outside, our space is perfect for kids and pets, with room to play and relax. The nearby coastline is ideal for shell hunting, dolphin watching, and enjoying lunch on the Pier.
