The interior of this duplex has been thoughtfully equipped to provide guests with endless comfort and convenience. Watch a favorite show on the TV in the living room or read a book while snuggling up on the sofa. The kitchenette is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge, range top, small toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, and electric griddle. The adjoining dining table seats six comfortably, with two extra spaces at the breakfast bar.

THINGS TO KNOW

- These units do not have an oven (there is a convection oven in both sides. The washer/dryer for this unit is located in a building about 60 yards from the unit.

- Drought conditions will affect the water levels for this property so please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels.

- The steps to the water are very steep. Please be careful.

- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
