We loved the comfortable beds, clean showers, having a washer and dryer, Smart TVs. It was nice that beach towels were available. General updates needed to kitchen, oven digital temperature display not working. We had to guess at what temperature the oven was to cook anything. We bought a wired circular pizza pan and left it for next guests to use. Need more silverware. Ice maker did not work and bathroom shower heads needed updating. This resort was close to stores like Walmart, Sam’s Club and Target. Restaurants were close by also. We enjoyed our stay. Wished the weather was warmer.

The 10 digit guest code for the key pad lock NEVER worked. Had to have a local tech come out and he couldn't even get it to work. Ended up giving me the 4 digit code. Not in description that you have to pay $25 for a gate key to enter the property after check-in. Ice machine in the freezer did not work. The lack of basic household items, such as, no paper towels, sugar, salt & pepper, or coffee filters, etc. AC worked downstairs but was horrible upstairs, so hot and the floor fans didn't help. Sign in the house says check-out is 11 am. As we were loading our vehicle, the cleaning lady said "we were in her parking spot". There were so many empty spots. That just rubbed us the wrong way. The amenities at Terra Verde were great for the kids. The club house was great, the play ground, pool, pool bar and putt putt was very nice. Staff at Terra Verde were great!

It was just as described and easy to get to the Disney parks and ect Very quit and clean . Yes it needs a few updates but what houses don’t ! I would recommend this place to others

We did not enjoy our stay at all. Many Issues with Condo. Ridgerator leaks inside. We bought groceries to put inside, items kept getting wet. Stove oven temperature display is broken so we couldn't use oven as you can't see what temperature is set. Repairman fixed broken shower after 3 weeks! We let Vacasa know several times. Wasting our time. Several light bulbs blown. Bulbs got replaced. Carpets filthy and stained everywhere. The shower curtains were grossly dirty! The weights for liner had rust around them. We had to buy forks and spoons. There were no forks, 2 spoons. Issues not fixed. This was unacceptable! We didn't plan on the expense of eating out every day. We pd for 5 weeks stay. It would be appreciated if some of our stay would be reimbursed. Totally stressed out our whole vacation.
