AVI101-316-5-P - 4BD Davenport Spacious Family Retreat

We had a great stay at this house. The home was spotless and exactly as shown in the listing. One thing we really appreciated was how well the AC worked—it cooled the house down quickly in the middle of July and stayed comfortable the whole time after we made sure the pool door and the inside garage side door were closed. Good tip for future guests! The beds were cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Check-in was easy and the property manager was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was also super close to all the amenities we needed—grocery stores, restaurants and shops were just minutes away.

We had a great stay at this house, again. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and close to all amenities. This is our second time staying at this house, the first stay we endured 2 hurricanes back-to-back and we were surprisingly pleased there was no loss of power or loss of internet. With hurricane season starting we decided to stay at this home again and we did not regret it. The neighborhood is gated and clean and great for early morning jogs around the neighborhood to check out the wildlife.

Bed sheets were full of blood and there were two random towels full of what we think was poop and the AC didn’t work well, two of my kids had to sleep in the sofa because the AC didn’t get to one of the room, when we called to inform that the AC wasn’t working I was treated very bad, the whole house is dusty, the house is very cool but is very unclean, the furniture looks old as well, the bunk beds were as well rusty and one of my daughters was scared to fall due to the bunk beds moving the whole time, the lights for 3 of the room didn’t work and had to put lamps everywhere because we couldn’t see anything at night time. The pool didn’t have no light, bed sheets apart from being bloody all of them were smelly, dirty, and old, it’s seems that they don’t care about the kids room because that’s where I found the works things, there were lots and lotssss of cockroaches, I’m afraid to know what else was in that house, I really don’t recommend this house to anyone please don’t book this home, I’m really taking my time to write all of this because I really don’t want anyone to experience what my family did. PLEASE DON’T BOOK THIS HOME FOR YOUR SAFETY, lots of dust and we had a 4 month old baby with us and we had to survive this horrible experience for 4 straight days and if your wondering about the pool, the pool was JUST OK apart from the seats being very nasty.

This house was ok. Would have been happier at another place that had all I was looking for.
