This newly renovated, direct oceanfront 1-bedroom suite is located on the 5th floor of the Meridian Plaza Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. Conveniently close to everything along the Grand Strand, the Meridian is the perfect place to stay.

This one-bedroom apartment has several unique features. Guests will enjoy 2 full-size beds in the bedroom, 1 full bathroom, an oceanfront living room with endless views, a full kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, and so much more.

The private oceanfront balcony is the highlight of this condo, offering spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Guests will not want to miss the sunrises and sunsets. From this 5th-floor perch, you can even see the 2nd Avenue Pier and miles of breathtaking coastline.

As of April 2024, the condo underwent major renovations. The entire unit was repainted in warm, welcoming colors, and new LVP flooring was installed throughout. In the living room, a rock accent wall was added with an LED fireplace and a mounted smart TV above it. Guests will love relaxing on the sofa by the fire while taking in the oceanfront views. The kitchen now features new cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. All-new furniture and décor were also installed throughout the condo, creating a fresh, inviting space.

The bedroom is located at the front of the condo and features 2 full-size beds, a new smart TV, a dresser, and a closet for storage.

​​​​​​​Just past the bedroom is the bathroom, situated between the bedroom and the living room. It includes a double vanity with sinks, a tub/shower combo, a toilet, an oversized mirror, and cabinet space.

The kitchen and living area are located on the oceanfront side of the unit. The kitchen features new, full-size stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator with freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, and sink. Guests will also find a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Basic cookware, utensils, dishes, and cups are all provided.

The living room is the perfect space to relax, with a new sofa that converts to a bed, accent chairs, a smart TV, a coffee table, and a dining table with chairs. The rock accent wall with the LED fireplace adds charm, while the beachy décor and direct access to the private balcony make this space truly special.

The Meridian Resort offers one indoor and one outdoor pool, as well as one indoor and one outdoor hot tub. Onsite laundry facilities are also available to guests.

Pack light! We provide bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, and bedding. Guests also receive a starter pack of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Basic resort cable and Wi-Fi are included.

For added convenience, the condo features a keyless door lock. Guests do not need to meet at an office for keys or parking passes. Whether you arrive right at check-in or late at night, your door codes will give you secure access to both the lobby and the condo. Many guests also appreciate the locked lobby doors, which provide extra security.

The Meridian is located at 2310 N. Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, just minutes from restaurants, shopping, dining, and local attractions. Many restaurants are within walking distance, and food delivery services such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are also widely available.
