The house is in the perfect location for a family trip. We didn't drive more than an hour away in any direction for the activities we had planned. The hill to get to the house is very steep but doable. There are a few baby/kids amenities which is nice. However for the amount of money we spent there were some concerning problems. The second floor shower dripped the entire time we were there (awful when sleeping at night) and if you didn't shower completely against the wall the shower door leaked so much to the point where it drips from the ceiling onto the kitchen floor downstairs. We had to flip the breaker to get any of the outlets in the kitchen to work (probably from the leak, not safe at all). The bottom stairs room, bathroom, and under the stairs nook smelled like cigarette smoke. Not sure if it's the carpets or walls but it wasn't the sheets and our entire luggage and belongings smelt as if we were at a bar all week and we don't smoke. The pots and pans are so scratched up that pieces were flaking on to our food we went out and bought our own to cook with. The fire pit outside didn't work. I spoke with guest services and alarmed them of all these things but nothing was taken care of or fixed while we were there. This could definitely be an amazing house to book and be worth the money if those things are fixed. Unfortunately that wasn't the case for our stay.
The place was clean. Beautiful area! We enjoyed our stay! The home was up to date and was really nice! Would not recommend for anyone who has issues climbing stairs or hills. We did fine because we have no issues. Would stay again and recommend it to someone!
overall we had a good experience renting this house. Had some issues with cleanliness, but manager was helpful and sent over a cleaning crew
The cabin was clean and everything we needed for our weekend trip to Pigeon Forge! I do not recommend this cabin for anyone struggling to climb stairs. Going in and out of it is not for anyone with disabilities or limitations. You definitely get your daily workout accessing the cabin. Everything was great!
We enjoyed the home. It was clean and well appointed. It was close to everything, but in a quiet secluded area.
