Creekside Home 5 Blocks from the Beach with Fireplace Deck Firepit Fast WiFi

We enjoyed the beach house for our getaway. We loved how close it is to the beach and the cleanliness when we arrived- but there are some things that need attention (drainage issues and loose hardware in a couple different places) that we let Vacasa know about. For anyone staying here, you’ll want to bring your own coffee filters (we brought our own coffee but thought filters would be there), a couple more pieces of silverware (there weren’t enough for the number of people the home sleeps) and the internet is spotty at best (good if you’re going to the coast to disconnect, not good if you need to do any business or communicate with coworkers). The beds were comfortable, extra pillows blankets & towels were nice. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Hopefully they can fix those issues and it will be an even better place.

House is really really dirty, inside outside garage and porches. Doors and walls are nasty. Bed covers and brown from stains. Everything in the kitchen is bent and or broken. Used to be a nice house now it’s trashed.

This house is really beautiful and generally clean and spacious. It was a nice short walk to the beach. However, they only provide two kitchen garbage bags and two dish washer pods, no matter how long your booking. According to the customer service person they expect people to provide their own garbage bags and dish pods. I didn't know that staying in a furnished rental meant I had to pack my own cleaning supplies. Since this isn't mentioned in the description or information received via email, the customer service person said they expect people to call them(!) to find out if they aren't going to supply basic things like this. This house holds about a dozen people and if you plan to do any cooking or eating at the home, you'll go through the garbage bags and dish pods within the first day or two. It was incredibly annoying to find out we had to make two separate trips to get these extra things out of our own pockets after already paying for the rental. I want to enjoy myself on a vacation, not have to deal with unexpected problems that require more time and money. It's also really bizarre to try to "save money" by rationing inexpensive and commonly used items in a way that undermines your customer's experience. I am likely to avoid vacasa/vrbo in the future because stuff like this suggests they are just going to nickel and dime people every chance they get. Also, the showers had shampoo and bodywash bottles but they were completely empty.

Home was spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed and loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do... especially the beach!

Enjoyed a Spring Break by playing games and enjoying the beach. Even though it was rainy, everything was so enjoyable. I think every grand child loved the jetted tub in the downstairs.

House is very up to date with nice amnimeties.
