Walk across the building's private bridge and take your dog on a stroll along the beach, or relax on the balcony for an incredible view of Proposal Rock. This comfortable second-floor studio has a queen-size murphy bed and a queen-size futon, along with cable TV, a DVD player, and a huge library of DVDs for your viewing pleasure. What's nearby: Located at the south end of Neskowin Village, this condo is a brief walk to two restaurants, a store, and an ice cream stand. A short drive to the north side of the village will take you to Neskowin Beach Golf Course, where you can get in either nine or 18 holes. Pacific City and Cape Kiwanda are a 15-minute drive to the north, and Lincoln City is a 15-minute drive to the south. Things to know: Free WiFi Community BBQ area with a gas grill Coin-op laundry room Kitchenette (minifridge, no dishwasher) Dog-friendly! *Dear guest, please note that the footbridge for beach access is seasonal. During the winter months, the tides are too extreme and dangerous.

we loved the view and since the blinds wouldn't close we had a wonderful view of the stars at night really didn't want to tackle the putting the king size bed together but the futon was comfortable DEFINATLY would not be suitable for 4 people unless 2 of them were small children Our trip was really great the weather was great and we really just wanted to rest and relax and we did. The room problems didn't interrupt our trip-we are not fussy people-but they could be a problem for other people

Can't beat the location or the view. Sitting on the deck in both the mornings and the evenings was delightful. The room is small, when both beds are open, it takes up the whole space but you can hear the waves from the room. The one store in town is spendy so I suggest planning ahead and taking advantage of the refrigerator, microwave and oven. There is no dishwasher, however.
