Ocean and Mountain View Home with Private Hot Tub Pool Table Deck Fast WiFi

The hot tub is great. The kitchen is well stocked. The floors were cleaner than my own home. There are some minor repairs needed, but it wasn't an inconvenience. Overall, I would 100% go back to this property and would recommend Vacasa to my friends.

We loved our stay at Wind N’ Sails! The views were spectacular and the house was spotless! We loved the location of the home that has a cute town (with an amazing creamery) nearby! We had amazing views of the ocean the whole time, and even opened the windows so we could hear it. Despite its location, we had no issues with wifi and were able to connect to streaming services to watch all of our favorite movies. We will absolutely be staying here again, and recommending it to all of our friends and family!

The home was very accommodating. Great views. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Great for our family of 8. We enjoyed playing pool and walking on the hill and down to the beach. This was my second visit to this home and we would go again!!

Perfect House

The home was in a wild state of disrepair, so many things were broken or unusable due to dirtiness and it looked like the only cleaning that had been done was changing the sheets, towels, toilet paper and paper towels. The shower drains had hair, the bathroom floor upstairs was stained, lots of things were so dirty or broken that we couldn't even use them (e.g. diswasher, upstairs mini-fridge, door stop, the recliners wouldn't recline, etc.), the dishwasher was so full of black-ish mold that any dish washed in it was likely contaminated, everything was covered in a layer of dust/grime and there were cobwebs everywhere. Customer service surrounding the above issues and us finding a mouse in the living room on the second night and having to leave early as a result of the state of dirty disrepair was handled so incredibly poorly. I consistently had to call nearly every day and escalate the issue to several supervisors and get a hotel for two nights hoping the issue would be resolved. Instead we had to end our vacation early (and I get very few vacation days) and did not ever receive any contact from the local office who was allegedly supposed to be handling it and reaching out to me directly. I never got a call from Vacasa and instead had to call the customer service line and escalate it to a supervisor nearly daily to get any kind of resolution, which was a small refund and gaslighting us as renters that the issues weren't that bad or worthy of a refund. This experience was genuinely ruinous to my vacation which I was trying to take to recover from burnout at work and instead I was made more stressed and had my money wasted. Never in my life have I had such a poor rental or customer service experience.

From the view, to the serene location, to the lovely home, we greatly enjoyed our 3 day stay and would come back in a heartbeat.
