Beachfront home with ocean view hot tub and wood burning fireplace dog friendly

Would be the perfect house if it was clean.

This house was everything we wanted for our family vacation and more! First off the location is unbeatable. Literally steps from the beach. The beach is accessed from a “natural” boulder steps which might be a bit much if you have mobility issues but they were no problem for our family. The house is a short walk down the beach from Proposal Rock but far enough away that it is on a quieter stretch of Neskowin Beach. We spent tons of time on what felt like a completely private beach. The back yard is open to other properties but has a great deck with a completely wide open view of the ocean. We spotted a dolphin, seals, and pelicans all from the deck. The hot tub was great to warm up after playing in the chilly water, or stargazing at night. Inside the house was very comfortable and functional. There are multiple different spaces with plenty of comfortable seating. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. My family had an amazing time and plan on returning to this amazing property in the future.

We absolutely loved this home!! Was beyond cozy with the fireplace, comfortable beds, beautiful views, great beach access, fun hiking the rock and exploring around it, loved the hot tub star gazing and beautiful sunsets!! Thank you so much for everything can’t wait to go back!! Have nothing but good things ti say about this home!!

The outdoor space and location of this house was incredible. Steps from beach access with a small, sandy yard plus a huge deck with Adirondack chairs and a great hot tub. The kitchen and lower living area have clearly been updated recently and the rest of the house is okay. Nice washer/dryer, good showers, nice bedrooms. We were super happy with these accommodations, especially having a master on the same floor as the kitchen, living areas, and deck access because this trip was for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday, so she could easily navigate the house's ameneties. The only things that weren't so great was the grill was a disgusting rust bucket with no tools to clean it, and the kitchen sink had a slow leak. But those things aside, my family would definitely stay here again.

The location of this house is fabulous.

We had a lucky sunny weekend on the coast and this place was the perfect stay for our friends who got engaged at proposal rock right next to the house!
