Start your day with morning coffee on the furnished lower-level deck or the upper-level balcony. When you return home from a day of exploring, cozy up by the gas fireplace with a good book or for cocktails and chit-chat. In the evenings, prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen and share them at the adjacent expandable dining table that seats eight. End your days with a movie night on the living room TV. Additional amenities you can find here include a beach wagon, sand toys, four adult camper chairs, a Columbia cooler bag, beach towels, a Solo Stove firepit with kindling bins, and S'mores sticks - all stored in the garage. THINGS TO KNOW There are two additional dining chairs stored in the garage. This vacation rental is not-equipped with air conditioning.

Second time staying at Tierra Del Mar house and we enjoyed it very much both times. The close proximity to the beach is a great amenity. House has everything needed for cooking meals and clean up with a drawer full of dish towels. One very minor thing, while there are plenty of beach towels, bath towels and washcloths, a few more hand towels for the bathrooms would be nice especially if the maximum 6 people are staying. (Actually, that would be more of a convenience than an issue.) We certainly hope to stay again in the future! Thanks for sharing this home!

Take your phone and car key if you leave the house! We went for a stroll on the beach, and came back and was unable to access the house via the keypad (which had worked the previous day). Thankfully, we had our car key with us because we had to drive into Pacific City to get cell service to alert customer support. They reset the key pad code, so we drove back to the house. That code didn’t work either after we drove back out. There was a lockbox with keys inside, but since the door handle had fallen off the door the night before, we had used the security latch on the inside of the door. I was not contacted by Vacasa’s “local team” until almost 6pm. The battery had died in the keypad and had to be replaced. The local team member was very friendly and helpful, unlike the service I received when I called the support number. I will not be staying at Vacasa rental again in the future. The home itself was fine. There have been some upgrades to the home, and hopefully the bathrooms are next! The beds were comfy and short walk to the beach was nice. We did appreciate the beach wagon and chairs!

Home was filled with light and plenty of room to gather. Beds were comfy. Pretty well stocked kitchen. Beach towels and sand toys were available for use. Would stay here again!

Clean, updated, nice kitchen and deck. Bunks and trundle are for children. Not long enough for a short adult.
