We loved how you could walk on the beach and see the tides from the upstairs. House was well clean, beautiful, and for the most part well stocked. We did have a couple issues and Vacasa was very responsive and issued us a partial refund for the inconvenience which we appreciated and will encourage us to come again.
Right on the beach, access was super. Though close neighbors, still felt secluded. Most of home very clean, organized, great kitchen. View from second floor was awesome, therapeutic, mesmerizing at times.
Amazing family house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for all the bedrooms. Love the layout and kitchen was really nice to cook in. The beach was amazing and just a little walk through the sea grass. The view from the lower main floor is really just a sand dune but you can see the ocean and beach from upstairs. Very fun private beach volleyball/badminton court too! Definitely would recommend!!
We have 4 adult couples and 4 teenagers, so bedrooms are always a big deal for our group. This house was perfect. We loved having 4 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for the adults. The views from the upstairs rooms were gorgeous and even the first floor rooms had nice views! The pictures don't show bedside lamps or dressers, but they are there in each room. The bunk bed room was great for a bunch of teens, but it was a little chilly even though the weather was sunny and warm. The kitchen was nice and big and stocked with all the basic stuff we needed for cooking big meals. Tons of dinner plates and forks, etc. We had fun playing badminton on the sand court in front of the house. The hot tub was awesome. We turned up the heat when we got there and it was plenty warm all weekend. Proximity to the beach can't be beat - just down a short, private path from the house. My brother's and I walked from the house down the beach to Cape Kiwanda Sand Dune and up to the top. It was about 2.6 miles to the dune from the house. That totally kicked our butts, but it was fun. We would rent this house again.
Great beach access, 2nd to last home on beautiful stretch of coast. Perfect floor plan for large family gatherings. Modern & tastefully decorated. Lots of games, etc for kids. Grandkids loved the bunk room!!!
Great spot! Loved the views and beachfront location. Huge beach with very few people. We had a large group and it was great to have bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and our kids loved the bunk room. Beautiful views from two upstairs bedrooms and upstairs living area. Downstairs was a little tight and furniture wasn’t super comfy so upstairs was better. WiFi worked great but beware there is no cell service. Listing is missing a few amenities that we appreciated having such as a blackstone flat top grill in addition to the outdoor bbq as well as a full sand volleyball court, built in fire pit and corn hole and other games in the “backyard.” Beach chairs and towels and sand toys were provided, too! We recommend this stay for a big family or group. The proximity to Pacific City (5 minute drive) was nice, too! Several dining options and coffee shop and store. Don’t miss the tide pools down on the public beach in Pacific City! We saw lots of Starfish and other cool things and our kids loved climbing up the big dunes and playing out front in the sand while we ate at Pelican Brewing Company.
