We have rented Sea Spray condos in the past. Compared to those, this unit was disappointing. Our biggest complaint is regarding the bed in the primary bedroom. It was one of the worst beds I’ve ever slept in, and in fact, I spent several nights on the couch. In addition, there was very little storage space as closets and cabinets were locked. There was no ice maker, nor any ice cube trays. There were other basics missing as well, such as a washcloth or dish brush in the kitchen (I won’t use a sponge that isn’t new), salt & pepper, or even a pitcher. And then we discovered that the dishwasher wouldn’t work. I called twice to submit a “ticket” and then offered to let it wait till we were gone only to find that the fix was as simple as plugging in the unit underneath the sink. Why was this not shared when I called??? I was promised compensation for the inconvenience but didn’t see that reflected in the invoice. So, lots to be unhappy about. If not for the general cleanliness of the unit and the expanded shower in the primary bath (excellent move there!), we would’ve rated this unit a 2.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Spray 134. We've been coming to these condos for many years and always love having the pool close by and the beach is great too. It's a haul if you have 3 small children but not as bad once they can help carry things. We will be back!

You get what you pay for is not always true. Seaspray 134 was way more than we expected at the price. Very clean, plenty of kitchen needs, cable TV as well as wifi, big bathrooms, and big bedrooms. I grew in Carteret County and was there when these condos were built. Even with that in mind, this condo is in excellent condition. AWESOME place to stay.
