EIPB01 Suite Retreat

Overall this unit has potential--walkable to the beach with private beach access, community amenities like tennis courts and a pool, and conveniently located on the island; however, the condo itself felt unfinished in ways and had an usual layout. There was painter's tape left around the inside of the door to the unit and at least one area where there was exposed/loose wires. The kitchen was...unusual...as the utensil drawer couldn't be opened without opening the oven door, and similarly the dishwasher was completely unable to be fully opened due to the position of the oven door (even if the oven door was opened). Moreover, bedroom outlets were often hidden behind furniture and unable to be accessed without moving things around. Based on the current state of the unit, I wouldn't be immediately compelled to book again; however, I think if some strategic improvements this unit could be really nice.

We had a wonderful stay here at Suite Retreat. Gorgeous views of the ocean, short walk to the beach, great amenities including the pools for the kids. Loved sitting on the screened in porch listening to the ocean and the proximity to everything on the island. Great communication, perfect location, can't wait to come back next year!

Family trip to Emerald Isle to celebrate the end of summer. Very cute three bedroom place with two balconys. Kitchen was stocked full of everything you need to cook meals. Beach access is close by and right near the tennis courts. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Good location. Safety enhanced by gate access and part-time guard. Nice indoor pool. Nice beach access.

Condo is a short walk to the beach with super cute walkway and gazebo to get on the beach. Grilling area, 2 outdoor pools and one indoor. Unfortunately, the pool on the deck area was out of service for repairs, but that’s of no fault to the owners and didn’t ruin any part of our stay. Washer and dryer, plenty of towels which was super appreciated being there with my kids. More than enough dishes, dishwasher, pots and pans. The balconies were so nice; especially the one off the living room and master bedroom which we sat out on during rainstorms and stayed dry. Super clean. Short drive to Publix and food lion, good coffee right next to the Publix. We loved it, and had such a good time! Development is quiet, beautiful area. Was worried when we had an issue with an extra car, but everyone was very helpful and it was worked out. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home. Clean. Awesome community with direct on the ocean beach access, outside 2 pools, an indoor pool, tennis and fitness center. Two of the rooms had a beautiful ocean view and the layout of the house was nice, with each room having a balcony and the 2 guest rooms can be closed off with a hall door. I would go back.
