Things to Know:

There is a large scale state mandated construction project at this association causing noise, loss of pool amenity, workers on property, access to the condo and minimum parking. This is projected to be finished by the end of September 2026.

The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include:

• Private Pool - Non Heated note: no fitness club access

• Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts - MUST call the club to schedule court time

• Private Beach Area-5000 Summer Beach Blvd complimentary towels, chairs/umbrellas small fee. Food & Beverage concession. (Memorial Day - Labor Day)

• Access to the Ritz Carlton's beautiful oceanfront golf course: Must call to schedule tee time.

• The Amenity card fee is $125 + tax and applicable fees.

• Amenity Cards must be purchased, activated and obtained through the local Amelia Office.
