Step back in time with this quiet beachfront getaway in undeveloped South Ponte Vedra Beach. The SeaTurtle Retreat House is a classic Florida a-frame with a nautical-themed open layout and ample room for up to seven guests. Two downstairs bedrooms (one with a queen bed, two twins in the other) sleep up to four guests. The ship-like ambiance includes portholes and skylights for natural lighting. The light and bright upstairs primary bedroom offer ocean views, vaulted ceilings, and a private main bath.

Sip coffee at sunrise on the patio and watch for dancing dolphins, diving pelicans, and even hatching sea turtles. Savor peace and quiet as you stroll along the unspoiled cinnamon sand beach. We loved the location and the privacy it offers. However, the home is old and shakes with every wind. The shower head is high enough for a child. The home is dated.

The property is in great location and just steps from the ocean. The interior is somewhat dated, but it is exactly as advertised in the listing. The HAVC keep the house very cool when set at the recommended. 73°. The master bedroom is very large. For the price, this property and its location is a great value

I would not recommend staying in this house if you like modern amenities, like a dishwasher or an ice maker. Mattresses are like 30 years old, the house was dirty. The price to stay in this house is way over priced. It is literally like staying in a trailer with a good view.

We actually loved the rustic cabin feel of the home. It was nice for just my husband and I. The cost to stay here was a great value considering the great view of the ocean. You do have to put up with constant road noise from constant traffic, but all in all it a good value. I love the fact that linens and cleaning service are included. We would stay again.
