Sunshine and a View

Clean, spacious, and updated space.

Pros: - Great location. Very convenient. Traffic on the south end of the beach strip is not as heavy as the northern section. - Great view, and steps away from the beach. We noticed that others had made negative comments about the bedrooms being hot and stuffy. We found that if you close the vents in the hall and kitchen at night to force more air into the bedrooms, it was comfortable. NOTE: I recognize that the condo is privately owned, and the following relates to Vacasa and not the condo itself. Cons: - The access to the unit is horrific. * The lock would error-out often times after we entered the first digit of the code. Sometimes after 3 digits, sometimes we entered the entire 10 digit code and it still did not work. * For some unknown reason, the lock code changed twice. The code that was sent to us before check-in never worked, then half way through the stay the code changed again. * Customer Service -- I reached out via the text service to try to understand the issue with the lock. Since we were often standing at the entry for 5-15 minutes trying codes repeatedly, this became a safety issue. Even after I raised it as a safety issue, NO ONE from Vacasa reached out to make sure we were okay. At one point they did say that they would refer the issue to local staff to correct, but never heard anything more and the issue with the lock did not get corrected during the visit

Ocean view. Will stay again.

Location
