House was awesome except for the wicker couch, the floor was more comfortable! Only other problem was getting the cars under the carport.

This home was to be pet friendly, multiple urine stains throughout carpeting, then saw multiple cockroaches, when I contacted vacasa they had no recommendations for them. Must have been a known problem bc there were roach traps throught the home in every room. No refund offered, no alternative home available. Very disappointed

Pros: proximity to the beach and walkable food/treats is excellent, grocery store is ~2 miles away, nice view of the Avon Pier fireworks display on July 4th, top notch maintenance/customer service, chic remodeled bathrooms, ample parking, great view of sunset from the crows nest, well maintained deck, ample baby gates available to use indoors and outdoors. Cons: the beds were awful. To quote my husband, "Sleep Number is just a fun way to say air mattress," which I think does disservice to air mattresses everywhere.

We loved the open floor concert, the concrete car port, the top deck views, the spacious kitchen and the comfy beds. Updated bathrooms were also gorgeous! Very convenient to have the washer and dryer in the kitchen. Outdoor shower spacious and large shower head a plus! Easy walk to beach - we’ll be back!

We loved everything about this beach house! The inside was spacious, bright and cheerful. The outside porches and decks were so nice for outdoor gatherings. And being pet friendly made it perfect for us. We highly recommend this house. We will definitely rent this house again the next time we vacation in Avon, North Carolina. Thank you for making our stay memorable for everyone!
