Named Lazy Bear Cabin, this home is ideally suited for a family with two kids and a dog. Beautifully remodeled, this retreat offers ample space to relax with a large back deck, two grills, a fire pit, and a front porch that can be completely gated off. You'll find the village, lake, marina, and slopes all close at hand.

Lined with brickwork, the living area offers comfy seating with a sleeper sofa and armchair. Watch shows on the 55in TV while the gas fireplace warms the space. The updated kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, including a Viking microwave and gas range/oven. In the dining area, you'll find a 44in TV and a table that seats up to six.

The primary suite has a California king bed, office nook, 44in TV, walk-in closet, and direct access to the deck. The en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a 44in TV, and direct access to the deck. The guest bathroom also has a walk-in shower. Both walk-in showers have three showerheads and a diverter valve that ensures a constant/pleasant temperature. You'll also find grab bars and safety handrails in both bathrooms.

Take your pick between a gas and charcoal grill and throw a cookout on the large new deck. While dinner sizzles, relax in two chairs shaded by a large umbrella. Share meals at the four-person table. As evening falls, soak in the private hot tub or gather around the fire pit. Solar lights illuminate the deck, patio, and hot tub. Additional outdoor space includes a front porch with seating for five and a gate that can be completely closed off. A basketball hoop hangs above the driveway. In the garage you'll find a provided basketball as well as a ping-pong table and a card table for two.
