Meet Anand Naimpally

Anand brings over 20 years of experience in finance leadership roles across three different industries. Most recently, Anand served as an operating partner and board advisor at Balius Partners, a venture capital and growth investment firm. Previously, Anand served as CFO at ServiceMaster Brands, a needs based services business with 7 brands, and $3.6BN in system sales, with 3200+ franchisees.

Prior to ServiceMaster, Anand was SVP of Corporate Finance for Inspire Brands where he was instrumental in the financial system transformation, shared services integration, and scaling the finance organization. Prior to Inspire Brands, Anand spent 10 years in senior finance leadership roles at Hilton where he was responsible for finance at 700+ owned and managed hotels globally. Additionally, he spent 14 years in finance and operations roles at Northwest Airlines.

Anand started his career at the Center for Economic Development (CED) assisting small businesses in Northeastern Minnesota. Anand has served as a Board Advisor to RoomKey, a meta search engine joint venture founded by Marriott, Hilton, Choice, Wyndham and IHG hotel brands, and served on American Hotel and Lodging Associations’ (AHLA) Financial Management Committee. Anand holds an MBA and Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota.
