Le Pigeon: Menu & Drinks

Portland has become known for its food scene, and Le Pigeon is a cornerstone of that reputation. Prepare your taste buds for an unforgettable journey through innovative and daring flavors.

Instead of a traditional menu, Rucker and Le Pigeon have opted for a Chef's tasting menu that changes regularly to take better advantage of rare and seasonal ingredients that might only be available for a short time.

Some of the offerings that have appeared in the past include a beef & truffle dish—blueberry braised beef, porcini soubise, taleggio (a soft Italian cheese), and black truffles—and halibut cheek meunière with celery root, cippolini, and brown butter.

The restaurant's wine list is carefully curated to enhance your dining experience. It even comes with recommended pairings to perfectly complement your meal. There are plenty of beer, cocktail, and non-alcoholic offerings if you also want to branch out of the Willamette Valley!

The menu at Le Pigeon reflects Chef Gabriel Rucker's dedication to propelling the boundaries of culinary innovation. Each dish is a work of art that combines the freshest ingredients with creative techniques, resulting in a dining experience that's nothing short of extraordinary.
