It will be noted here once it is open again.*** This coastal beauty has been transformed into a fully updated and renovated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home, with an attached studio apartment to add one bathroom and another bedroom. You will have access to Side A and Side B with this reservation. As you pull up to the home, you will park and enter the main entrance to the home. Entering the main door of the house will bring you into the fully updated kitchen with new shaker style cabinets, all necessary appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven, stove with overhead range hood, and all the essentials needed for preparing and serving meals at home. The kitchen has four stools at the bar, and an eat-in dining area, which is open concept to the living area. This open concept is perfect for entertaining and socializing with the entire family. The living area has a sofa bed, coffee table, end tables and lamps with a 50" Roku TV. High end finishes throughout the home will satisfy even the most discerning guests, with original terrazzo floors and spa-worthy floor-to-ceiling tiled walk-in showers. The very spacious master bedroom has a king bed, nightstands with lamps, and a small bench at the foot of the bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, nightstands, lamps, and a luggage rack, the third bedroom has two twin beds with a shared nightstand and lamp and larger closet. The studio apartment is a tastefully converted and fully finished former garage, and is furnished with a small kitchenette with microwave and kitchen essentials, a queen bed, and two pull out sofa beds. Outside, enjoy warm sunny days in the gazebo. NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Getting around
This is a residential area, so driving is recommended, however Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area as well.
Other things to note
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. Minutes to one of the most beautiful cemeteries in the world, Bonaventure Cemetery is open to visitors year round. Also close to downtown Savannah, and Thunderbolt Historical Society. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
