Set on a quiet cul-de-sac just four miles from the golfing and Gualala Point Regional Park, this retreat offers easy access to the charming town of Gulala and beyond! The Sea Ranch Lodge is seven miles to the south and much closer to home, the Bluff Trail is just a short from your door. A shared swimming pool gives everyone the chance to stay cool during the California sunshine. Inside, you'll be treated to classic wood paneled walls, tall ceilings, and a cozy gas fireplace. Come back from beachcombing and tidepooling to mugs of hot cocoa in front of the fire. There are TVs in the master bedroom and living room with satellite service and you'll also have a DVD player for a movie night. The full kitchen is outfitted with tile countertops and stainless steel appliances, so you can easily whip up a tasty seafood stew for the evening's meal. There's even a dishwasher to help with the clean-up and you'll find seats for all around the dining table. In typical Sea Ranch style, there are many window seats throughout this home, offering a great place to curl up with a good book. The hot tub is out on the deck behind a fenced courtyard. You can access this outdoor space through the living room or master bedroom for a relaxing soak. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, perfect for drifting off to a peaceful sleep each night. Both rooms are light and bright, with window seats, carpeted floors, and bedside tables. Up to four guests can stay at this Sea Ranch getaway. Don't worry about over-packing because you'll have a washer/dryer to keep up on laundry needs. There are also two-and-a-half bathrooms here so two couples or even a small family sharing the space is hassle-free. It's a quick drive to Gualala for groceries, browsing the handful of galleries or even a special dinner out. Celebrate an occasion at St. Orres or spend a Wednesday night at Trinks for global-inspired dinner. Make the 13-mile drive up to Annapolis Winery for some wine tasting and be sure to stop at Twofish Baking Company for snacks on the drive home. Mendocino is about 50 miles away for a fun day trip, or visit the lighthouse at Point Arena - it's only 21 miles from your door.
