Will definitely stay again. The furniture is slightly worn, the cabinets have obviously been used, but this is no different than other VRBO's I've stayed at. Great area! I loved the trees even though - or maybe because - it was pounding wind and rain! The deck is beautiful unlike other places I've stayed where the wood was worn and falling apart. Didn't get to use the hot tub :-( but it looked great!

Very close to Gualala, where there is a market and some shops. Farmers Markets is a must see. Driveway is not for lowered cars or lower clearance cars. Clean, beautiful home. Hot tub was clean and amazing. Neighbor dogs are friendly. No TV’s in bedrooms. All around a nice place.

Location and the home are really nice- secluded and quiet. It's a little offbeat path to get there so we did get a little lost but otherwise the views from the living room and the patio are beautiful. Home is spacious, with lots of light and also had a nicely equipped kitchen. We didn't use the jacuzzi but it's a nice feature and also had a laundry room. Keyless entry pad made it easy to get in and out. Disliked - When we opened the closet in the living room a rat/mouse was living around in there. Felt like the cleaners had overlooked the closet cleaning. The next morning someone came with a trap and the closet had quite a bit of rodent droppings. Also the rodent was trapped the following day in the trap but we didn't have anyone come and clean it out. Another incident was with neighbors large dogs entering into the property twice during our 3 nights stay. There's a portion of the fence which is broken and for our family with a senior and child, it was scary to see these dogs appear in the front door entrance when we were heading outside making us feel unsafe. The house is beautiful but the furnishings are outdated. Furniture in the living room, dining room chairs, carpets are stained, comforters were also old and the upstairs bathroom shower area was peeling as well as the sink faucet / shower controls was not fully working.

Great hikes in 5–5 min drive, close to local art center where fun cultural events are held, great for star gazing and being in nature. Highly recommend for nature lovers

We had an enjoyable stay. The house was very clean, amazing location and had all the amenities required. But it is an old property and could use some upgrades, like do up the bathrooms a little, change stained furniture. But I would recommend for a comfortable stay.
