The living room features a full-size sleeper sofa, which sleeps two guests comfortably. Next to the living room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Whether you want to create a quick snack or host a dinner party, this kitchen has everything you need. In the bedroom, you'll find a comfortable queen-size bed that sleeps two guests. The room also features a twin-sized bunk bed, making it perfect for small families or groups of friends. The bathroom is located next to the bedroom and is equipped with a shower, so you can relax and wash your cares away. Our condo is located at Maravilla, a resort-style community with unparalleled amenities. Take a walk around the property and enjoy two tropical pools, hot tub, BBQ area, and even a dog park. It's only a short 3-minute walk from our condo to the beach, where you can build sandcastles, surf, or just read a book while soaking up the sun. Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. Within walking distance, you'll find go-carts, miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Postoffice where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as a historic setting for live theatre. And, we love our festivals and special events here in Galveston! Mardi Gras, Lone Star Biker Rally, Dickens on the Strand, and the numerous triathlons, marathons and walk-a-thons are popular events throughout the year. Bird watching, kayaking, and fishing of all kinds round out the many outdoor activities enjoyed by both locals and visitors alike.

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Maravilla is one of only a few "pet-friendly" properties in Galveston. Home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets with approval, contact our office for more information. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lbs limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. We do ask that all property rules regarding pets are strictly followed. Open to Long Term Rentals in Off Season. Call for special rates

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.

A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:

1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax

2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.

3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.
