Location was awesome

I enjoyed the green belt and the sunny warm weather. The beds need to be replaced. They caused back pain. This is a place that looks better than it is. I left 8 days early because the pool never opened.

I gave it a 3-star rating, not a 1-star because we are happy with the pricing and the location. We explored Scottsdale without the need of driving over 30 minutes to each attraction we visited. The pricing given the space (2b2b) and amenities (wifi, garage, W/D, etc) is very nice. However, the property maintenance is questionable. We couldn't get into the place because both door locks were broken and no one answered our calls. We were exhausted and hungry with our two toddlers squeezed in a tiny and dark hallway, trying to figure out how to get in. Plus, the hallway has no lighting, so we had to use your phone flashlights (it was pitch dark) the whole time to prevent my kids from falling down the staircase. We spent almost another trying to call the 24/7 service line, but no one answered until we tried the other line for "future booking", instead of "existing booking". How ironic it is that they want to help with people to book the stay, not the people who already book the place. Other than the frustrating check-in process, we saw 2 roaches the first night at the place. It looked just as clean as the pictures shown, so I would say overall is clean. Last thing is one of the mattresses is basically considered broken. We slept pretty bad bc I let my dad used the good one.

Great kitchen, but pretty well used carpets. Lower shower needs to have hardware replaced. Great location.

didn't meet expectations. beds very hard, very little water pressure in upstairs shower, light in long stairway to garage not working (a hazard for sure at night), we were not informed that pool/hot tub would be closed for the majority of our stay
