The property is well kept. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

We did not “love “ our stay nor did we like it. The neighbors were yelling and screaming and were confrontational. We have audio/video proof of this behaviour. Vacasa did nothing. We actually left for several days and checked out early just to get some peace and quiet and salvage something of our expensive vacation. We would strongly recommend you consider staying elsewhere if you have booked or are looking to stay at this unit.

Overall good property. Not having a remote to open the main door was annoying. Every time, you have to get out of the car and enter code. It was worse at late night- safety issue. The property itself was good, nothing special I would say for the price. Finding laundry was painful as the property manager did not know where it was. No proper instruction. King bed in the MBR was not really a king bed,! It was too twin bed put together..making mattress very uncomfortable. This is a functional property...

The unit had a lot of space. It was in a location that was very convenient for the activities we planned. Very close to good hiking trails (Palm Canyon) where we saw bighorn sheep in their natural habitat. TV and wifi was very good. Kitchen had everything we needed. All in all, very good value for a very comfortable and secure vacation spot.
